mi trovo in una situazione non disperata, bensì disperatissimaaaa!!!!
Dico, innanzitutto, che possiedo un SONY Vaio con Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit), processore Intel Core i5 M520 a 2.40 GHz, 4 GB di RAM installata, scheda video Ati Radeon HD5650.
In poche parole, il mio PC ha il problema del Blue Screen:esce dapprima la famosa scritta blu dopo la quale il PC si riavvia automaticamente. Questo difetto ha cominciato a manifestarsi da gennaio e da allora non ha più smesso di rompere le balle! Ormai sono 6 mesi, l'ultima volta è stato proprio 5 minuti fa (sto scrivendo infatti da modalità provvisoria) e adesso non ne posso proprio più.
Ho fatto ricerche e ricerche sul web per trovare soluzioni e ho provato di tutto e di più. La prima volta, ho proprio formattato il PC: tempo una settimana e il problema si ripresenta. Allora inizio a pensare che il problema fosse qualche aggiornamento windows installato: così RIFORMATTO tutto e disattivo gli aggiornamenti automatici. Il PC va bene per un paio di settimane e di nuovo il BSOD. Perciò faccio un controllo dell'hardware con l'applicazione Vaio Care: non esce nessun anomalia, la RAM è a posto e anche la scheda video.
Sfogliando il web leggo che i portatili Vaio hanno problemi di incompatibilità con gli aggiornamenti della scheda grafica ATI; per cui faccio una pulizia con Driver Sweeper e reinstallo i driver proprietari dal sito della Sony. Ma niente!!! Il problema persiste!!

La cosa bella è che al momento del blue screen non esce dxgkrnl.sys come errore, ma atikmpag.sys
Da febbraio non ho più formattato il PC, né installato aggiornamenti windows (ce li ho disattivati) e sto andando avanti così, con questo problema che mi fa perdere la testa. Aggiungo che da un mesetto il PC a volte si spegne da solo senza far uscire il messaggio di BSOD. Inoltre riesco comunque a usare senza NESSUNISSIMO PROBLEMA la modalità provvisoria, cosa che mi fa pensare sempre più che il problema non può essere della scheda video o di un altro dispositivo hardware, o no?!
Perdonatemi la lunghezza, ma avevo bisogno di scrivere tutto il possibile, nella speranza che voi, ALMENO VOI, mi possiate dare una mano. Io non so più che fare, grazie di cuore.
